I have known and worked with Fred Budwine in several capacities for more than 30 years. When there is a need for response to any kind of marine incident, Budwine is the man I want on the job. When Fred and his men respond they do so with the expertise and equipment required to actually respond and control an incident, which can be the difference between an accident and a disaster. He knows what he is doing and has the attitude that he is there to serve every need of his client, not just take pictures and document damages. That is a huge difference, which immediately provides environmental protection, stabilizes vessels in distress, and reduces cost for the vessel owner. I recommend that every vessel owner/operator make him their first choice when faced with a report of any accident serious enough to rate the best in the business.
